The Green Bay Beach
in Cyprus is quite small but packed with plenty of things to do!

The actual beach is situated in a small bay and invites you to linger. One side is bordered by cliffs, which form a stunning facade and provide some shade.
The water is clear and warm – most people here have packed snorkels and are floating to explore the underwater world, as Green Bay is known for its turtles and lively marine life.
The beach is well-visited, and chilled beats are playing in the distance. A big parking space makes it stress-free to spend a day at the beach without worrying about feeding the park meter. A dive center is located right by the water – underwater sculptures are arranged at a depth of about 5 meters in various locations, attracting both divers and snorkelers. The beach is popular, and there are several dive sites.
The beach includes sun-beds and showers like on most beaches here in Cyprus - and two little shop’s, “the Bay - Bites and Brew and The White Kiosk”. Sell snacks, cold and warm, homemade sandwiches, and a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. I am sitting at the table in front of the Van shop, slurping my coffee before we head back into the water for another dive on this beautiful and sunny day.

I love beach hopping, so I checked out all the famous and smaller beaches along the coast, and Green Bay Beach turned out to be my favourite spot for its clear water and being a sandy and cosy beach; several dive spots and a dive center is located here and simply, its outstanding, breathtaking scenery.
If you are staying in Ayia Napa, there is a bus that runs to the next city and to the most famous spots, but I like to get lost without depending on time, so I rented a Beach Buggie, which has been a real treat and so much fun.
And if you are interested in renting a vehicle please check out https://www.speedbikescy.com . Besides Buggies, they also have Scooters, Quads in different sizes, and Bicycles in stock. And you can book a Safari off-road tour on Quads, which takes you to some of the most famous places of Cyprus.
